ServSafe Food Safety Manager Courses & Exams

The ServSafe Manager Certification verifies that a manager or person-in-charge has sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illness. Individuals that successfully pass the 90-question, multiple-choice exam will receive a ServSafe Manager Certification. The ServSafe Manager Certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the Conference for Food Protection Standards.

Classes run from 9am to 4pm with a 30 minute break for lunch. The exam will begin at approximately 2:00. Students may bring drinks and snacks to class. The class covers a lot of food safety principles in a short amount of time. Prior to the class, it is essential to read the book (will be mailed to you) and to study using the book and additional materials we provide.

The $200 fee includes the latest edition of the ServSafe Food Manager textbook, Full Day Course, and Exam.
